Order Confirmation & Changes: Once an order is confirmed by the customer, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders with incomplete or missing personal details will not be processed.

Order Cancellation Rights: LAB Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice due to product unavailability or other unavoidable circumstances.

Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours. The standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, or 8–10 working days during sale periods, once handed over to the courier company. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen events such as government lockdowns or other disruptions.
